Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignment in Greene County district court as follows: Kylene Suzanne Rabourne, 40, of Grand Junction, possession of methamphetamine; Lauren Marie Schulte, 24, of Jefferson, assault on persons in certain occupations; Shawn Annear, 43, of Adel, domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness, and criminal mischief- first degree; Branden Gerrick Smith, 42, of Jefferson, eluding, domestic abuse assault- third or subsequent offense, and possession of firearm as a felon; and Michael Allen Olson, 57, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated- first offense, and driving while license revoked. Trial dates were set for May 14 in every case except Smith’s case. His trial date was set for June 5.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Shawn Robert Clark, 43, of Stuart, theft- second degree; Taylor James King, 26, of Des Moines, possession of marijuana; and Bruce Lee Greer, 36, of Scranton, OWI- second offense;
